Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 chef de la Nation Anishnabek pendant 12 ans. Pendant qu\u2019il \u00e9tait au service de sa communaut\u00e9 et de sa Nation, Joe a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 relever de nombreux d\u00e9fis pour la r\u00e9alisation des projets d\u2019infrastructure, y compris les longs d\u00e9lais requis pour les mener \u00e0 terme et la contribution limit\u00e9e des communaut\u00e9s dans le processus.
